Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your browser and remember certain information — such as your preferences or session state. We also use browser storage technologies (such as localStorage) that work similarly.

This Cookie Policy explains how Presencly uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. For broader information on how we use your data, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the website to function. They do not require your consent.

Third-party (payment)

Set by Stripe when you proceed to payment. These are necessary to complete your transaction securely.

Various (__stripe_*)Session · stripe.com

Used by Stripe to detect fraud and secure the payment process. See Stripe's Cookie Policy for details.

Analytics (optional)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These cookies only set after you click “Accept all” on the consent banner. If you click “Essential only” or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

3. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit presencly.co.uk, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept all cookies or essential cookies only. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and reloading the page, which will trigger the banner again.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website (such as saving your questionnaire progress).
